Full Service Design
Full Service Design is for home owners who are embarking on a larger project, such as a renovation or a new build. We all know that building work can be a long drawn out affair with a lot of upheaval, however by working with us (ideally from start to finish) we will ensure that the vision you have for your home comes alive - on time and within budget. Our mission is to alleviate the stress, facilitate swift decision-making and create a final space that fills you with absolute joy.
Below are all the stages in our process. They may seem overwhelming, but are designed to ensure a smooth journey. Any questions, feel free to get in touch.
Stage One
Enquiry
After you make an enquiry, we will send over a questionnaire to find out more about your project. This will be followed up with a discovery call and a home visit. We will then provide a bespoke quote based on your requirements
Stage Two
Space plan
Once the quote has been accepted and the contracts signed, we create 2-3 carefully considered options for each floor. You will see where to place furniture and how the space will flow. This is really exciting as you can start to see the potential in your home.
Stage Three
Concept
The next step is 'Concepts'. From our discussions and the design questionnaire, we will create and present 'Look and Feel' boards for each room. This will help you visualise the direction we are heading for your new space!
Stage Four
Selections
This the main design stage when we create room mock ups, joinery elevations and carefully select finishes including fabric, flooring, furniture, fixtures and fittings. You will have digital and physical moodboards and a (very) detailed design guide for your trades to work from
Stage Five
Procurement
This is an optional stage, when we can purchase and arrange delivery of items on your behalf. This often takes away a lot of stress away during the build.
If you select this option, we also offer trade discounts along the way.
Stage Six
Install
Installation is an optional service, but well worth it. This is when we carefully arrange all the pieces we have designed and selected. Helping you with furniture, art and styling. It really is the cherry on top! We then leave you with a special home you can enjoy for years to come!
